Our Composting System
The moulded fibre glass bins are more authentic since it has a good quality of aeration that increases the oxygen flow inside the bin. This helps in the breakdown process that produces nitrogen and prevents bad odour.
The first cycle of the process will happen in 60 days This is calculated from the first day of depositing green waste into the bin. We deposit 3″ to 4″ height of wet waste every day, the bin will be filled up in 30 days. Subsequently for the micro-organism to do their exercise of breaking down process, we advise you to keep the bin closed for 30 days. With the calculation, we can derive the First Cycle of the process as 60 days From one ton of waste, we can generate around 300 kg of organic manure which can be used for farming and we save 50 % water for irrigation. The organic manure makes the barren land more fertile as the compost gives back the nutrition to the so Composting re-establishes the ecosystem of the soil.

■ The Lid keeps the heat inside and prevents rainwater from seeping through the bin.
■ Side walls have perforations which allow air circulation.
■ The Aerators support to provide more circulation so as to produce Nitrogen facilitating Aerobic composting.
■ Inside the sandwich process of our green microbes and organic materials, micro-organisms breakdown which generates heat.
■ Aerators are seated as a filter which sends our leachet (Bio Booster) to the tank provided underneath.
■ Warm air rises up.
■ Older, bottom parts of the organic materials contain black crumbly compost.
■ With food waste, Neg & Non-Veg, ad vegetable peels, fruit peels, grass cutting, garden leaves to provide more oxygen tor better composting.
